At TR Building Solutions, our mission statement is simply to provide the right solution and advice for each client.
TR Building Solutions is proudly owned by TR Business Solutions Pty Ltd and based in Lilyfield in the Inner West of Sydney near Leichhardt Oval.
TR Building Solutions was formed by our Director who has over 35 years’ experience in most aspects of both the domestic and commercial construction sectors. A carpenter by trade who worked his way through various roles to become the Sydney Operations Manager of a large Construction Company prior to starting TR Building Solutions with his Brother.
TR Building Solutions have over the past 10 years successfully completed projects with values ranging between $2,000 and $8,735,000.00 in both the Residential and Commercial and Remedial sectators working on small homes with residential clients to major infrastructure projects such as the Sydney Metro between Pyrmont and the CBD utilising our skillset to provide the right solution on each project.
We are a small committed team of Licensed Builders and Carpenters and are registered Building Practitioners under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020.
TR Building Solutions only engage and oversee sub-contractors with a proven history of quality, reliability a positive attitude. We use these sub-contractors for all specialised work to complement our work force.
TR Building Solutions have the experience both within our team and by using our reliable and proven systems as well as specialised subcontractors and suppliers to complete any project.

TR Building Solutions work to a standard not a price regardless of the size or location of a project as we continually strive and excel in providing the finished product you deserve incorporating new and innovative products.
